In 2024, SBS creates its Digital Lending business unit with the vision to allow borrowers to benefit from a seamless financing experience via the deployment of a cost effective SaaS end-to-end lending solution for financial institutions. Joining SBS Digital Lending is taking part in an entrepreneurial journey whilst joining a solid group. It is the occasion to instill an agile and dynamic mindset whilst leveraging years of experience in the SaaS and financing markets

Product at SBS :

We think reinventing lending is a massive challenge. That’s why we are building SBS Digital Lending as a tech and data-driven startup within a large group. Today, 8 people in the product team are working on building the best financing experience ever made, very closely with the Technical team of 20 developers, data scientists & engineers.

The objective of the Product team at SBS Digital Lending is to develop and deliver products that are aligned with the vision, resonates with our end-users Junior Product Manager 1 and provides value for our customers. We always have our user's problems at heart and find innovative solutions.

We follow the OKR Methodology to define the Product vision and aim to become fully data driven. We also believe in Learning at Product. We have weekly product sessions to discuss on topics linked to product skills and product process in order for the team to get involved in a continuous improvement mindset. We follow the Scrum methodology: the Tech and Product teams are split in 3 squads and deliver new releases after sprints of 3 weeks.

Your daily work : 

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to help us develop a modular SaaS solution that will shape the FinTech of tomorrow. You will work with a dedicated Product Designer and a team of developers, and report directly to the Lead Product Manager. Our environment is highly collaborative. You'll work hand-in-hand with your squad and all team members. You will be participating in all phases of the development life cycle, from initial discovery to production and iteration.

Missions : 

• Collect and analyze feedbacks from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and features
• Analyse the product usage data using quantitative approach and study the impact features have on the KPIs
• Work closely with product designer to elaborate and conduct user research and user testing
• Specify new features and prioritize the backlog of each release in alignment with the roadmap of the product team and goals of the company
• Manage agile product development process, lead agile ceremonies and ensure features are delivered on time
• Become the go-to person for all functional questions, evaluate what is a defect, a bug or an improvement for the product
• Ensure that features released are understood by the user through well written release notes and functional documentation

• You have 2 years of experience in product management
• You have a demonstrated ability to find solutions to complex problems and present them in a clear, well-structured and data-driven way.
• You are able to conceptualize new functionalities and prioritize user needs,
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills, and are able to convey complex ideas to a wide audience.
• You have a strong interest in the Fintech environment and the latest methodologies in technology
• Fluency in English and understanding of French are prerequisites.
• Knowledge of Amplitude, JIRA, SQL, Notion would be a plus.
