As Product Manager AI, you will be a key player within the Europe Regional Digital teams and attached to the Client Analytics Team. Your role is to make the best use of available data and leverage advanced analytical technologies — including machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI — to turn customer-centric data into actionable AI-driven products for our divisions and markets.
Reporting to the Analytics Manager Client & Digital, you will lead a multidisciplinary squad (Data Scientists and ML Engineers) and collaborate closely with our Tech team as well as our client & digital experts. You will operate within an agile framework, overseeing the lifecycle of AI products from discovery and validation to continuous improvement, always focused on delivering measurable business value.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONSSQUAD LEADERSHIPLead a squad of Data Scientists and ML Engineers in an agile (Scrum-like) environment
Foster a culture of trust, technical excellence, and innovation, encouraging creativity and data-driven problem-solving
Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI and advanced analytics products supporting client knowledge, digital performance, and omni-channel client journeys
Prioritize development and deployment efforts based on business impact and stakeholder needs
Ensure rigorous methodologies for model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement to guarantee effectiveness and relevance
Champion the use of existing AI solutions and best practices, avoiding unnecessary reinvention
Improve an offer of "on-the-shelf" AI models to streamline the integration of AI into customer journeys
Act as the central interface between Digital, Tech, and business teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their client-related needs, translating them into tailored AI solutions
Collaborate with the Data & AI team to ensure a unified data and analytics strategy across all domains, as well as the Tech team to foster excellence in execution
Build strong, trust-based relationships with business users, acting as a facilitator for change and innovation
Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive practices in AI and advanced analytics
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and adopt new technologies, ensuring Chanel remains at the cutting edge
Your leadership will transform complex client data into clear, actionable AI-driven solutions that empower decision-making across divisions and markets. Your products will directly support Chanel's client knowledge, digital performance, and omni-channel excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING+5 years of significant experience in AI product management or data science delivery, ideally with client data, using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong expertise in data science (machine learning as well as LLM and agentic) & experience with model evaluation methodologies and MLOps
Familiarity with data engineering concepts, data pipelines, and the AI technology landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English, able to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven leadership, diplomacy, and the ability to drive projects in international, matrixed organizations
Previous experience in the Retail or Luxury industry is a plus
