Position Overview:
We are seeking a CDD Partnership Manager to lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships within our Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by establishing partnerships with instrumentation, reagent, and software companies, as well as academic institutions. This position reports to the Director of Genomics Solutions & Digital Pathology, Product Management.
As a key member of the team, the CDD Partnership Manager will work closely with Global Product Managers (GPMs) to align partnership strategies with the division’s strategic direction. This role is also responsible for managing the back-office execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance, and ensuring that all required operational and financial structures are in place for successful collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy & Evaluation: Collaborate with GPMs to identify partnership opportunities that align with CDD product strategies.
- Contract Negotiation & Execution: Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring that contractual terms support business objectives.
- Partnership Development & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to drive collaborative initiatives and revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including Product Management, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Tax, and Business Planning, to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Process & Compliance Management: Ensure all partnership agreements (e.g., distribution, quality) are compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Operational Support: Act as the back-office lead to ensure that all partnership activities are executed effectively, aligning with the objectives of the Global Product Managers.
The CDD Partnership Manager will also interact regularly with internal stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, to ensure alignment and progress in the development and execution of strategic partnerships.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, business development, or partnership management, ideally in the life sciences or diagnostics sector.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear business terms.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
- Highly organized with excellent planning and project management skills.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
