The Core Business Events Project Manager supports the Maison's image by assisting in the management and execution of event projects (e.g., events, showrooms, pop-ups, cultural experiences) for jewelry, watches, accessories, and fragrances, on a local or international scale. This role ensures adherence to established design and production protocols, aligning with the Maison's codes and strategic objectives. The Project Manager collaborates closely with various internal and external stakeholders on diverse event projects throughout the year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Event Project Support & Execution
- Participate in the planning and execution of Core Business events, aligning with Brand Image, Brand Experience, and Communication strategies.
- Contribute to the coordination of creative development (e.g., venue selection, scenography, content) for assigned projects, including briefing external agencies.
- Support the implementation of event objectives, considering ROI, guest expectations, and Brand narratives.
- Assist in the production of international events and technical development, ensuring adherence to plans.
- Apply and ensure compliance with event guidelines for regional/local events.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on event performance against defined KPIs.
2. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay informed of luxury, art, and communication trends to enrich projects and contribute to sharing sessions.
- Proactively bring new ideas and help identify partners for Brand Experience projects.
PROFILE
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or communication.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in event project management, ideally in the luxury sector.
- You are passionnate about aesthetics (design, art, architecture, trends).
- You are able to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external providers.
- You have excellent communication skills, capable of presenting project proposals.
- You are able to thrive in a complex and international environment.
- You are fluent in English and French.
