Nous recherchons un(e) Compte Clé junior en CDD, orienté(e) résultats et doté(e) d'une excellente capacité d'analyse et de négociation pour intégrer notre équipe commerciale.  

Vous serez l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des comptes clients assignés, majoritairement de la GSA, avec pour mission de développer et d’optimiser les résultats. Vous êtes basé(e) à Paris ou proche Paris. 

 

Objectifs du poste

Evaluer et établir des partenariats commerciaux avec les clients actuels tout en recherchant de nouveaux partenaires afin d’optimiser la mise sur le marché du portefeuille Mattel. Identifier les opportunités commerciales qui permettent une pénétration accrue chez les clients ou créent une valeur ajoutée pour les marques emblématiques de Mattel tout en assurant une relation commerciale financièrement performante sur votre périmètre de clients.

Principales responsabilités

  • Animer la relation commerciale au quotidien avec les clients de votre portefeuille
  • Réaliser une démarche prospective, analyser les besoins des clients et des opportunités commerciales potentielles, impliquer les différents acteurs et leur apporter des éléments rationnels convaincants en vue d'une relation commerciale future
  • Collaborer avec les différents services de l’entreprise pour garantir le référencement et l’activation des gammes Mattel
  • Développer, optimiser et exécuter des plans de vente en cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale et marketing Mattel en étant l’expert des besoins du client, en analysant les besoins du client et les résultats commerciaux (vente directe / immédiate) et en maximisant les opportunités commerciales 
  • Contribuer activement au process de planification de l’activité, notamment en définissant les prévisions de ventes en cohérence avec le référencement et les activités promotionnelles
  • Collaborer avec la Supply Chain pour informer les acheteurs de la disponibilité des produits et des délais de livraison
  • Participer à la négociation et à la mise en oeuvre des accords commerciaux
  • Assurer une veille sur les indicateurs clés de performance afin d'atteindre les objectifs et d'accélérer la croissance de l’activité et de la part de marché
  • Collaborer avec la finance pour gérer et suivre le budget alloué au portefeuille de client dont vous avez la charge en respectant les lignes budgétaires   

Qualifications

Compétences requises pour le poste 

  • Aptitudes à la vente et à la négociation, de préférence acquises dans une entreprise internationale à forte saisonnalité.  
  • Capacité d’analyse et orienté résultats 
  • Capacité à promouvoir la collaboration, l’innovation et l’exécution 
  • Capacité à créer un travail d'équipe fructueux et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec des échéances 
  • Aisance dans la connexion avec les différents départements et parties prenantes pour aller saisir toutes les opportunités (acheteurs, marketing, trade marketing). 
  • Bonne capacité d'influence, de communication, esprit hautement compétitif et orientation client. 
  • Proactivité et esprit positif et innovant et capacité à challenger le status quo  
  • Excellents relationnel et communication  
  • Français et Anglais courant.  
  • Expérience Commerciale/Marketing idéalement dans un environnement international et sur des marché s concurrentiels à forte saisonnalité.
