Il s'agit d'un poste d’Assistant(e) de Direction en CDD au sein de l'équipe RH Europe, basé à Paris, à partir de fin septembre 2026 pour une durée de un an. Rattaché(e) au Head of P&O Europe, vous coordonnez ses activités quotidiennes et accompagnez plusieurs responsables de département, dans un contexte d’optimisation des modes de fonctionnement de la direction. Vous interagissez au quotidien avec les divisions transverses et les autres assistant(e)s de direction. 

Votre impact chez CHANEL :

  • Fluidifier les opérations du Head of P&O Europe en priorisant son agenda, en coordonnant ses déplacements et en assurant l’interface avec ses interlocuteurs clés 

  • Piloter le calendrier annuel de gouvernance P&O Europe en collaboration avec les autres directions, en garantissant la cohérence entre les instances de leadership 

  • Structurer séminaires, comités de direction et réunions d’équipe P&O Europe — ordres du jour, comptes rendus et présentations PowerPoint 

  • Superviser le suivi budgétaire du département P&O Europe (factures, provisions, contrats de prestation) en coordination avec la finance 

  • Renforcer les opérations quotidiennes de l’équipe en coordonnant les sujets office management et en organisant l’accueil des nouveaux arrivants et les moments de convivialité

Ce que vous apporterez :

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en assistanat de direction, idéalement dans un environnement RH ou corporate 

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de prioriser et gérer simultanément les agendas de plusieurs dirigeant(e)s 

  • Maîtrise du suivi budgétaire : gestion de factures, provisions et contrats de prestation 

  • Solide maîtrise de PowerPoint pour les présentations en comité de direction ; la connaissance de Workday est un plus 

  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais

About the job :

This is a fixed-term Executive Assistant position within the HR Europe team, based in Paris, starting in late September 2026 for a duration of one year. Reporting to the Head of P&O Europe, you coordinate daily activities and support several department heads, in a context of optimizing ways of working across the team. You interact daily with cross-functional divisions and fellow executive assistants. 

What impact you can create at CHANEL :

  • Streamline the Head of P&O Europe’s operations by prioritizing their agenda, coordinating their travel and serving as key point of contact with stakeholders 

  • Drive the annual P&O Europe governance calendar in collaboration with other divisions, ensuring alignment across leadership forums 

  • Structure seminars, leadership committees and P&O Europe team meetings — agendas, minutes and PowerPoint presentations 

  • Oversee the P&O Europe department’s budget tracking (invoices, provisions, service contracts) in coordination with finance 

  • Strengthen day-to-day team operations by coordinating office management topics and organizing newcomer onboardings and team events

What you will bring :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistance role, ideally within an HR or corporate environment 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple executives’ diaries simultaneously 

  • Proficiency in budget tracking: invoice management, provisions and service contracts 

  • Strong command of PowerPoint for leadership committee presentations; familiarity with Workday is a plus 

  • Fluency in French and English
