What You Will Do:
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD) reviews in support of Managed Services operations.
- Analyze client and account information to identify and escalate potential risks, inconsistencies, or red flags.
- Review documentation and verify information in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately document findings, decisions, and case progress in internal systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve exceptions and support timely case completion.
- Maintain a high level of quality, productivity, and attention to detail in all assigned work.
What You Will Need:
- Experience in CDD, KYC, AML, onboarding, compliance, or a related financial services operations role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review information, identify issues, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with standard business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- To operate from the office in full compliance with the clean desk policy.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Prior experience supporting a managed services, shared services, or operations environment.
- Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud, or financial crime risk concepts.
- Familiarity with case management tools, workflow systems, or due diligence platforms.
- Professional certifications or coursework related to compliance, AML, or risk management.
