The Role

CD Operations Manager - Cambodia & Laos

Company : Unilever Cambodia
Business Function : Customer Development
Work Location : Head Office Cambodia, with frequence visit Laos Office/Team
Purpose: To contribute to the growth of country performance, Lead and Drive the customer development function, it's essential to deeply understand and address the needs of distributors and field teams needed.
Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all trade budget/activities: Ensure team and Distributor’s spending/claim back as per budget approval mechanic, timeline. And ensue monthly, quarterly, yearly spending in line with the business plan (ordering and spending) to meet up Turnover target given
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports: Collect and analyze data to generate reports that provide insights into performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. Provide the input data to other support functions.
  • PO Management by Distributor (Pre-Order)
  • Pre-Order Management: Coordinate with distributors/Sales field team to manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Support Price Information to System "LeverEdge"
  • Price Information Management: Ensure that the pricing data is accurately entered and maintained in the LeverEdge system for consistency and reliability.
  • Calculation of all Incentive Results
  • Internal and External Incentives: Calculate and verify incentive payouts for both internal staff and external partners based on performance metrics.
  • Collaboration with Distributor for Debit Note/Tax Invoice Claim
  • Debit Note/Tax Invoice Claims: Work with distributors to handle claims related to debit notes and tax invoices, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Asset control
  • All IC assets: Manage and lead team to work with filed lead team, distributors to ensure asset’s well recorded, proper government, and follow the process/guideline given. Quarterly random check/audit.
  • Develop and coach team members.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Good in Excel, Power Point, Word. Advance excel, power BI, automation is the plus
  • Able to make decisions despite uncertainty with rationality, logic, and trend
  • Comfortable with number and data learning and management
  • Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English
