Job Title: CD Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Location: Unilever Cambodia   

Business Function: CBD

Main Duties and Responsibilities

CD Admin provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Development team, ensuring smooth execution of processes, accurate data management, and compliance with company policies. This role is critical for enabling the CD team to focus on driving business growth and customer engagement 

Administrative Support 

  • Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping for CD activities. 

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for CD leadership. 

Data Management & Reporting 

  • Maintain accurate customer and channel data in relevant systems (e.g., SAP, CRM). 

  • Generate and validate sales reports, promotional trackers, and performance dashboards. 

Processing Budget & Claims 

  • Support in processing trade claims, promotional spending, and budget tracking. 

  • Ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements. 

Coordination & Communication 

  • Act as a liaison between CD team and other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing). 

  • Coordinate logistics for CD meetings, training sessions, and customer events. 

System & Process Support 

  • Assist in system updates and troubleshooting for CD tools and platforms. 

  • Ensure adherence to Unilever policies and standard operating procedures. 

 

Skills and Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 

  • 2–3 years in administrative or support roles, preferably in FMCG or sales environment. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.  

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).  

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Accountability and responsibility in managing tasks.  

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.  

  • Continuous improvement mindset.
