The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst within CCIBT/WIMT. This role will be a pivotal leadership role on the team and will partner with various stakeholders to deliver financial results and produce business review materials used by senior leaders, incorporating business drivers and metrics to demonstrate business progress and provide information to make business decisions.

This individual should have a history of presenting executive level presentations as well as consolidating forecast and budget information for multiple teams. The candidate for this role should be able to drive direction and solve complex problems by taking end-to-end responsibility and initiative to identify areas with opportunity for improvement, engaging individuals from cross-functional teams, understanding root causes, generating new ideas, and tracking progress toward goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in complex Financial Planning & Analysis initiatives
  • Advise senior leadership on issues with high, critical impact on the success of the enterprise
  • Prepare business review materials used to present key updates to senior business leaders
  • Lead efforts to focus on automating/streamlining processes – introducing workflow where appropriate, minimizing handoffs, etc.
  • Support review and analysis of outputs, including prior to process completion, and comparison outputs of these vs expectations
  • Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including peers, stakeholders, and leaders to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate financial and business results to senior management
  • Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
  • P&L financial management and forecasting experience highly desired
  • Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influences decisions
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, including to senior executive-level leaders
  • Strong technical skills including Essbase, Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing others
  • Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus
  • Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
