The Business Operations Director is responsible for leading and optimizing Intel's sales operations processes across pricing, demand and market insights, and customer supply priorities. This role partners closely with sales, the business unit, and corporate planning teams to drive strategic opportunities that drive business growth and optimize our financial and market positions. You will oversee the development of customer and pricing strategies, margin optimization, demand forecasts that feed our supply build plan and revenue forecasts. This is a high impact, high visibility role that plays a pivotal role in Intel's financial performance and competitive position. As a people leader, you will set priorities, manage performance, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment aligned with Intel's cultural values. This role requires strong collaboration across boundaries, the ability to inspire and develop talent, and a commitment to driving results through innovation and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pricing strategies that optimize Intel financial performance, managing customer pricing incentives
  • Develop new pricing optimization plans to increase Intel's margin
  • Accurately forecast and partner with sales to deliver revenue, ASP, and volume commitments
  • Create supply allocation optimizations across customers and regions
  • Lead initiatives to standardize processes and tools, optimize productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data analysis models, reporting structures, and techniques to support decision-making.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Build and develop an inclusive, results-driven team; set clear goals and maintain accountability.
  • Role model Intel's values and drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Intel's business context, industry trends, and sales operations processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage performance effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); 12+ years experience (Master's: 8+ years; PhD: 6+ years) in business operations (pricing, supply, market forecast)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $242,740.00-342,700.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
