- Administering SHL assessments to candidates, P1 and P2 Solutions.
- Screening of resumes based on experience as well as score assessments.
- Submission of candidates thru the workflow status in Employee Central during the entire application process
- Sending Recruitment Preliminary Paperwork
- Attending Open Houses for the Call Center
- Opening Call Center Requisitions
- Weekly and Monthly monitoring of the Call Center report received from Corporate
- Coordination of recruitment activity with the respective recruiter- phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, background and drug screening processing, conducting employment references and New hire paperwork processing.
- Participate in quality management and outcome measures with Director Customer Service and Trainer
- Support preparation of payroll reports and process late payroll adjustments.

Experience:
- Two+ years prior relevant human resources experience
- Proficient phone and interviewing skills
- Prior recruiting experience
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize daily functions
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Familiar with background checks and assessment testing
- Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within an automated system as well as a variety of software packages such as Employee Central, Outlook, Excel and Word.
Education:
Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.
