- Support testing and implementation of business-critical strategies and strategic deliveries.
- Understand and validate the intent of business requirements; translate requirements into testable scenarios and acceptance criteria.

- Leverage innovation and productivity tools (e.g., AI-assisted test design, test management accelerators, analytics dashboards, low-code tooling, and workflow automation) to streamline planning, execution, reporting, and defect triage.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide consistent follow-up on automation testing status, risks, and coverage.
- Assess opportunities, design approach, and build automation solutions to improve efficiency and/or reduce cost.
- Reconcile automated test outcomes against expected results and manual baselines; investigate variances and stabilize scripts.
- Apply innovative automation techniques and tooling (e.g., AI-assisted script generation, reusable frameworks, CI/CD integrations, and intelligent test selection) to improve speed and reliability.
