What will you do?
As the CCB Leader at Johnson Controls in Monterrey, you will play a pivotal role in our contract engineering team, overseeing both the technical and commercial aspects of diverse projects. From the moment an order is received, you'll be the primary customer contact, ensuring seamless project execution from design to completion.
Your responsibilities include:
Reviewing job specifications and designing tailored solutions.
Overseeing project build and testing phases.
Leading the team to meet departmental and project objectives.
Supporting the Contracts Manager with planning, resource allocation, and resolving commercial issues.
Coaching and mentoring team members to foster skill and knowledge development.

Collaborating with the Development department for job-specific design needs.
Coordinating with the Production department on system builds.
