CCaaS Pre Sales Architect
Location: Remote US or Canada

Do you have an extensive understanding of the sales process, RFPs/ proposal management process for CCaaS Technology and Solutions? Our team is growing, and we are hiring a CCaaS Pre Sales Architect to help us with CCaaS Solutioning, RFP process and developing RFP content for new and existing Client RFPs.
As the CCaaS Pre Sales Architect at Eventus you will recommend CCaaS solutions in response to RFPs. You will be a bridge between sales, technology, and the business stakeholders. You will ensure that RFPs are aligned to Client requirements, and the work outlined is realistic, achievable and can be performed on time and in budget. You will play a critical role in securing business for the organization. You will work closely with the Sales team and the Client throughout the discovery process and RFP process to identify what's feasible and what is not from a technology requirements standpoint. You will deliver technical presentations, review and analyze RFPs, develop a response strategy to include win themes and competitive differentiators and key messages. You will help identify Client needs and overcome objections, providing technical benefits assessments, support sales efforts through discovery, and drive RFPs to completion. You will create CCaaS solutions for each Client RFP, build relationships with executive stakeholders, and more. You must possess business acumen, critical thinking skills, have experience collaborating with executive stakeholders, have in depth experience of the sales process / RFP process, to support sales goals and be self sufficient. Qualifications for success:

  • 5 or more years' experience writing RFP responses and proposal creation to include skills with project management, writing and editing, attentional to detail, communication, strategic thinking and technical knowledge of proposal management tools and MS Office.
  • 5 years' experience with CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, etc. This includes broad Contact Center technologies, metrics, traffic analysis, ACD and IVR
  • Experience reading RFPs and thinking through solutions to be submitted in the RFP
  • Experience with the sales process and sales goals
  • Ability to perform product level demos
  • Account management experience
  • Communication skills (ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting time constraints.
  • Ability to up sell and cross sell products and services
  • Negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical degree preferred
  • Multiple CCaaS platform experience preferred


Responsibilities:

  • RFP Analysis and Strategy/Solution Development
  • Read and interpret RFPs to understand requirements, evaluation criteria and submission deadlines.
  • Develop and solution response strategies, win themes, competitive differentiators and key messaging.
  • Content Management
  • Collect all information and compliance details for resales and services
  • Interview and work with SMEs to create responses (written content to slideware, etc)
  • Write, edit, and proofread proposal sections to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment to RFP requirements.
  • Tailor the proposal solutions and content to address the needs and pain points of the Client.
  • Review for compliance for all RFP requirements.
  • Technical Solution
  • Choose a CCaaS partner to meet Client requirements or introduce another technology partner. This person needs to see the best solution, critically think across the vendor landscape, and figure out the best solution.
  • Identify gaps/noncompliance and develop strategies to close gaps
  • Identify areas for additional support versus areas that are covered in our response library.
  • Engage in post RFP submittal activities and respond to Client inquiries specific to the CCaaS solutions in the RFP.
  • Responsible for negotiations of the RFP. Scope with Sr. Director and technical teams
  • Process Improvement
  • Conduct post proposal debriefs, identify strengths and areas for improvement in the proposal process.
  • Create and maintain templates and libraries for future proposal responses.

Applicants can expect to make between $160,000. to $200,000. upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 20%.
