CCaaS Business Growth Manager

Help us revolutionize our Client's Contact Center as a service (CCaaS)strategies and Client engagement by saying goodbye to complex traditional call centers and identify transformative solutions and approaches to help new and existing Clients thrive! With your new business development background, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, educating, identifying needs and developing solutions for all our Client's CCaaS needs.
- Build robust pipelines of qualified companies who would benefit from our services (consulting, implementation and managed technology.
- Conduct in-depth assessment and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our team.
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing models that address unique requirements of objectives of our Clients.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure scope of work
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with Clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and long term partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Exceed targets and objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Clients by serving as a trusted advisor to our Clients
Qualifications For Success:
- 5 or more years of experience driving business growth specific to contact center operations and communication technologies
- Experience with CCaaS solutions such as NICE Cxone, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud
- Knowledge of the contact center operations and communication technologies
- Experience building and fostering relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of existing and prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders
- Experience creating and presenting to Executive level stakeholders and across the organization
- Self-motivated and results oriented with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.

Applicants can expect to make between $150,000 to $175,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. Eligible for a success incentive plan.
