Details of the Division and Team:
The Originator generates ideas and assesses opportunities for pitching new business to clients, based on a good understanding of the client’s capital structures, the competitor landscape and deep knowledge of financial markets/regulatory requirements. The Originator is responsible for the preparation of relevant materials and will pitch to new or existing clients with the aim of winning the mandate for the Bank. The Originator will have overall accountability for the smooth execution of transactions working in close partnership with relevant internal functions, ensuring adherence to Bank policy and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.

Your key responsibilities:
Origination of new client relationship and management of existing LLC client portfolio in Coverage Korea
Maintain regular contacts with existing clients with a view to grow revenue potenitla across the products
Set out strategy for new client acquisition in line with senior management’s objectives
Cooperate and explore Korea outbound business to grow DB franchise value working with the coverage and product colleagues in each country across the region
Deliver the client specific solution based on the banking requirement identified via continuous callings
Lead KYC process for new client adoption and timely completion of KYC remediation and regular review in cooperation with KYC operation team
Assessment for the clients in cooperation with credit officers and manage efficient credit resource reallocation to improve the risk return
Your skills and experience:
5 -10 years+ experience in Relationship Manager role
Working knowledge of Transaction Banking, Market, Corporate Finance and Financing products and solutions
Native level Korean and Fluent English
Good communication and influencing skills
Sales motivated, and able to develop & maintain relationships
Very strong and persuasive communication skills in English
