CB - Client Management Support(Korean Speaker), Relationship & Transactions Management Tianjin - Analyst
Details of the Division and Team
RTM CoE team is the processing unit that coordinates internally and externally between internal shareholders and clients on New Client Adoption (NCA), FSC Supplier onboarding, Know Your Client (KYC), Periodic Review for KYC and credit facility, ongoing account maintenance, ID overdue, Dormant account, reference letter etc., prepares relevant product documentation, performs the product system setup and provide service support for all CB clients in North Asia. Centrally supports the client deposit booking, internal funding booking, OD monitoring and prepare regular regulatory report etc.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
This role is open to candidates graduated after Jan 2025 and less than 1 year relevant working experience with proven track record
Fluent in Korean, good at written & spoken English
Provide professional support on NCA, KYC, Account maintenance, ID overdue, Dormant account, reference letter, annual review, due diligence, data collection & analysis etc., follow up the documentation process, perform system setup etc.
Work as the process owner and ensure end to end management of all activities associated with the process. Ensure adherence to standards, procedures
Maintain excellent service levels to ensure operational accuracy, continuously improve the process and efficiency
Escalate issues in timely manner where appropriate. Remain updated with regulation and industry knowledge, ensure to comply with bank and country guidelines
Maintain good working relationship with all internal stakeholders
Support Line Manager on Project, Ad-hoc and Administration tasks
