Your key responsibilities
-
Enable business growth in the Fintech, Platform and Digital Economy client segment by identifying and exploring joint product and commercial opportunities with internal partners as well as clients thereby facilitating the delivery of new products and expansion into new geographies for growth.

Execute and support growth strategies in collaboration with Treasury, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal and other domains to enable new state of the art market capabilities.

Contribute by showcasing expertise as 1st LoD in risk identification and management, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management to drive business growth and safeguard interests across multiple geographies.

Implement & support ongoing client strategy and co-coordinate cross-sell opportunities with multiple functional domains.

Active client engagement in developing and advising on the bank's solution across Fintech, platform and digital economy client segment with new and prospect clients.

Specializes in understanding and assessing clients in this segment and is able to evaluate the ecosystems, its players, operational, regulatory and compliance aspects of on boarding a Fintech as client and drives requisite product roadmap and delivery for this client segment.

Design strategy to create multiple lead generating channels, analyzing the portfolio to understand the gaps and maximize revenue.
Your skills and experience
-
Minimum 08 years' experience working with financial technology firms or partnering with Banks and other Financial Institutions.

Good understanding of payments regulatory landscape, client payment flows with associated risks such as financial crime, AML etc.

Design and execute growth strategies for Fintech, platform and digital economy client segment in collaboration with internal stakeholders like treasury, risk, compliance, etc
-
Having experience solutioning for a global organisation having worked with MNC clients with focus on Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions with understanding of regulatory and compliance risk frameworks of those markets.

Broad understanding of the market trends and business models of new economy sectors

Experience in corporate banking/cash management sales and relationship management roles and working with Implementation and Service teams to execute on client mandates.
