As Catman Leader you will:
Data crunching and analysis to create PowerBI dashboards for business tracking and insights generation. Constant measurement of sales fundamentals (distribution, shelf, price, and merchandising) of total category to evaluate its performance.
Written and verbal presentations of business results (internal and external).
Planogram design in line with the strategy that has been aligned with Walmart.
Constant communication with WM modular and merchant team to coordinate the modular process and achieve category growth (assortment, allocation, adjacencies, and arrangement recommendations) based on market data and current business performance.
Create capabilities within Catman team to strengthen modular processes and tackle team’s training opportunities.
Additional experience in sales roles is a plus (KAM or trade marketing).

Job Qualifications
Live in CDMX / EDOMEX.
Engineering, Business Administration, Actuary degree.
2-3 years of relevant Catman work within consumer goods industry.
Operational discipline.
Assertive communication skills.
Microsoft Office with a very strong foundation in Excel.
Microsort PowerBI (proficient).
JDA Space Planning.
Nielsen databases.
Preferable:
Shopper Psychology certifications
Microsoft Access (intermediate).
