Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage a group schools, which will be a mix of primary schools, secondary schools and colleges. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 52-week role working Monday – Friday.

Being commercially astute is also essential for this role and in addition to this you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and help the teams when you need to.

Skills Required

  • Previous catering and operational management experience
  • Experience managing multiple sites or a portfolio of schools
  • Leadership skills to lead, motivate and develop teams
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Commercial acumen including focus on finance and KPIs
  • Willingness to be hands-on and support teams operationally
  • Ability to work a 52-week role, Monday to Friday
  • Willingness and eligibility to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure
