Join Ninja as a Category Specialist and take the lead in managing our delightful range of sweet products! In this role, you'll be responsible for developing category strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will conduct market analysis, monitor trends, and collaborate with various teams to ensure our sweet offerings captivate consumers and perform exceptionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and consumer preferences specific to the sweets category to inform product assortment and pricing strategies.

Develop and manage relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality sweet products while optimizing cost and availability.

Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and create impactful promotional campaigns.

Monitor category performance metrics and utilize data to make informed decisions that drive sales and profitability.

Conduct regular reviews of category performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet market demands and business objectives.

Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal and promotional product launches.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Ninja remains a leader in the sweet products category.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in category management, product management, or buying, preferably within the food or sweets segment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, to analyze performance metrics.

Creative mindset with a passion for sweets and understanding of consumer trends.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
