In this role, you'll be responsible for developing category strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will conduct market analysis, monitor trends, and collaborate with various teams to ensure our sweet offerings captivate consumers and perform exceptionally.

  • 2+ years of experience in category management, product management, or buying, preferably within the food or sweets segment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, to analyze performance metrics.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for sweets and understanding of consumer trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
