Join P&G’s Sales Operations & Market Strategy Team as Senior Category Manager
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re seeking a passionate Senior Category Manager to lead category growth strategies for our brands in Ukraine. In this role, you’ll become the local expert on customer channels and categories, shaping winning plans that drive sales and market share—and influencing the Central Europe commercial model.
What You’ll Do
• Own Market & Category Expertise
Become the go-to authority on channel dynamics and customer needs in the Ukrainian market.
• Build Winning Plans
Develop robust strategies for both core and innovation portfolios, aligning business goals with consumer insights.
• Lead Enhanced Business Planning (EBP)
Drive the EBP cycle, partnering with sales teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Elevate In-Store Standards
Define and implement “must-have” display and merchandising excellence to improve shelf impact.
• Implement Trade Budgets
Manage and optimize spend across Distribution, Shelving, Displays, and Promotions.
• Deliver Sales Growth
Champion initiatives that boost net sales and expand brand market share.

Job Qualifications
Who You Are
• Proven Sales Leader
3–5+ years in Sales, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Analytical Problem solver
Strong data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Global Mindset
Experience collaborating in a multinational environment, handling cross-functional projects.
• Skilled Negotiator
Expert in consultative selling, building partnerships, and closing deals.
• Strategic Planner
Able to design and implement multi-layered plans while anticipating and mitigating risks.
• Resilient Closer
Confident in handling objections and driving agreements to completion.
• Language Proficiency
Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and verbal).
• Bonus
Valid driving license
