Category & Product Strategy developing – Yeast
- Conduct Yeast market research and category insights to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute brand positioning, product portfolio strategies, and pricing models play book aligned with B2B customer needs.
- Lead new product development (NPD) processes from concept to commercialization, collaborating with Baking center, Sales teams, Supply chain, Finance and Quality and Production.
