About the role

As a Category Procurement Lead IT, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across a broad range of IT categories, helping the organization achieve sustainable value, innovation, quality, and operational efficiency.
Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will act as a strategic procurement partner, aligning sourcing activities with business objectives while strengthening supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement. How you will contribute
- Act as the procurement subject matter expert for IT-related categories, providing strategic guidance and market insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and support procurement decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with broader procurement objectives and business priorities.
- Lead sourcing initiatives, tenders, supplier selection processes, and contract negotiations across various IT subcategories.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with suppliers to support performance, innovation, risk management, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor market trends, supplier developments, technology advancements, and cost drivers to inform sourcing strategies and procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams to standardize processes, optimize supplier portfolios, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements while working closely with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.

What you will bring
