Join our Marketing Vendor Category Team, where we partner with leading technology vendors to craft and execute strategic go-to-market plans. Our mission? To amplify vendor success, empower channel partners, and deliver measurable growth across the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Category Manager, you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives across UCC, DCPOS, Pro AV, and Physical Security categories. You’ll be the key connector between vendors and internal teams, driving impactful campaigns and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across EMEA.
- Build strong vendor relationships and secure marketing funding.
- Consolidate and manage multi-vendor marketing plans.
- Lead cross-functional execution of campaigns, events, and enablement programs.
- Use marketing automation tools for targeting and performance tracking.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as campaign ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion.
- Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and report outcomes.
- Present strategic recommendations and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing is required, preferably within the IT or technology sectors.
- Proven success in vendor relationship management and strategic planning.
- Strong project management skills with multi-country coordination experience.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Visio and Project experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
