As a Category Manager, you will own the commercial success and strategic direction for your assigned product categories. You will be responsible for driving growth by managing the entire product lifecycle, from assortment strategy and new product introductions to pricing and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally to ensure your category meets merchant needs and strengthens our market leadership.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Develop and execute the strategic plan for your assigned product categories in alignment with company objectives.

  • Follow, analyze, and report on category performance against KPIs, making data-driven decisions to drive revenue and profitability.

  • Manage and refine the existing product catalog to ensure we maintain our market leadership in selection, quality, and pricing.

  • Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing e-commerce trends, merchant needs, and market data.

  • Lead the launch of new products, collaborating closely with sourcing, onboarding, and design teams to bring them to the catalog.

  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform stakeholders and shape the product roadmap.

  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for your products.

  • Collaborate with product teams to improve the merchant onboarding journey and product creation experience.

Your qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Category Management, buying, or a related commercial role, preferably in a relevant e-commerce or retail industry.

  • Proven experience in managing a product catalog and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data to extract clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Proficiency in data and analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
