CATEGORY MANAGEMENT INTERN – FRAGRANCE AND BEAUTY (FB)

ABOUT THE ROLE
At CHANEL, we are passionate about curating exceptional product experiences for our clients. As a Category Management Intern for Fragrance & Beauty, you will support the Category Manager in the analysis, coordination and execution of category strategies across the Middle East region. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail, product analysis and commercial strategy, while contributing to the success of CHANEL’s Fragrance & Beauty business.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
Assist in analyzing market trends, sales data and competitor activity to support category strategy decisions.
Contribute to the preparation of business reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the coordination of product launches and promotional activities in boutiques and with retail partners.
Help monitor stock levels, assortment and product performance to maximize category growth.
Conduct regular market visits and gather feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Assist in maintaining accurate product and pricing information across channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Training teams to ensure strong execution of category initiatives.
Support the Category Manager in daily operations, project coordination and administrative tasks.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
Adaptability, creativity and a proactive approach to challenges.
Genuine enthusiasm for luxury beauty and fragrance.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Previous experience or coursework in category management or retail is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, French or another language is a plus.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
