MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO. More recently, you'll find our brand new office in the heart of Capetown, SA.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

The Team
The Pricing & Commercial Performance team exists to support all commercial areas of the business—including customer acquisition, CRM, brand marketing, and pricing. We help teams make the best use of available data to uncover growth opportunities and unlock efficiencies that help MOO thrive.

We’re a small, collaborative team working at the intersection of data, insight, and commercial decision-making. Our remit stretches across the entire customer journey—and we’re now looking to bolster our impact on the digital experience.

The Role
This role sits at the intersection of category management, pricing strategy, and operational insight. You’ll become the data engine behind how we price our products, understand our manufacturing performance, and support category leaders with the forecasting they rely on to make strong commercial decisions.

You will work across a large, multi-currency pricing environment — dozens of product variants, multiple regions, and shipping models that blend production lead times with delivery promises. At the same time, you will support the Category Management team by providing the analysis needed to understand trends in product performance, quality outcomes, demand patterns, and margin drivers.

If you enjoy roles where the data is complex, the impact is large, and the work spans both strategic thinking and hands-on analysis, then we would love to hear from you.

The Person We Want

  • You are someone who can bring structure to messy data, spot patterns others miss, and communicate insights with clarity.
  • You are equally comfortable maintaining highly detailed pricing structures as you are modelling demand, visualising product performance, or helping teams understand the “why” behind a trend.
  • You combine analytical discipline with commercial instinct.
  • You can dive deep into the weeds when accuracy matters, then resurface to summarise what’s important for senior stakeholders.
  • You can pick up new tools quickly, and aren’t intimidated by imperfect data ecosystems — in fact, you see them as an opportunity to build something better.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain multi-currency price sheets across product families and variants
  • Analyse pricing coherence, identify anomalies, and propose optimisation opportunitiesBuild and operationalise a competitor-pricing monitoring process (tools, scraping, analysis)
  • Support the development of pricing strategies for new products, promotions, and markets
  • Model shipping pricing and delivery logic, incorporating production lead times and fulfilment differences
  • Develop forecasting models to support Category Managers on demand planning and product performance
  • Track and analyse manufacturing quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Build dashboards, reports, and insights that help teams make evidence-based decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering) to improve data flows and pricing governance
  • Contribute to process improvement across pricing and category management

About You

  • Strong analytical foundation (Stats, Economics, Engineering, Applied Maths, Finance, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable navigating large data matrices and multi-file structures
  • Experience working with structured datasets (CSV, SQL, Python/R or similar)
  • Strong business acumen — you think beyond the numbers
  • Comfortable owning complex systems and improving them over time
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Curious, proactive, and energised by solving ambiguous problems
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly
  • Detail-oriented when accuracy is critical and pragmatic when speed matters
  • Enjoy working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in competitor price-scraping or marketplace pricing intelligence
  • Category management or product lifecycle analysis experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing quality metrics or operational performance reporting
  • Knowledge of e-commerce pricing strategies
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Snowflake)
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies or statistical modelling
  • Understanding of multi-currency pricing or international markets
  • Exposure to shipping/logistics cost modelling
