Responsibilities
- Work closely with Category, Growth, Marketplace teams to achieve monthly/annual targets,
- Lead weekly trading meetings, identify root causes and opportunities to drive growth,
- Analyse and interpret marketing data such as; view, conversion, basket size, search trends and give strategic direction to category,
- Manage commercial forecasting studies based on seasonality and potential growth inline with company KPIs,
- Monitor consumer and industry trends, present strategic insights in convincing figures,
- Improve productivity by seeking out ways to automate and simplify manual processes.
Expected Qualifications
- University degree preferably in an analytical discipline, e.g. engineering or business,
- Min. 3 years of Planning, Category, Product Management or Data Analyst experience,
- Experience in Fashion/E-commerce is a plus.
- High level of analytical and customer-oriented thinking,
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Good command of English,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Data-driven decision-making: Proactive and curious, with a passion for exploring detail and using data to drive clarity and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills: Able to convey complex ideas in a simple and impactful way, with a genuine and thoughtful communication style.
