- Manage and analyze the Chili Retail P&L (sales to gross margin)
- Support annual budget and strategic planning, focused on profitable growth
- Set and track KPIs with Category teams and align targets with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Build financial business cases for new product innovation with cross-functional teams
- Partner with Category on pricing and packaging actions to deliver the financial plan (RGM)
- Track marketing spends with the Marketing team and control actual vs budget
- Prepare clear updates and reports to support decision-making
