Job Description:
You’ll be part of the team bringing Trü Frü to life across the EMEA Region by delivering best in class category leadership and customer collaboration for our region, to step change the presence and role of Trü Frü and frozen bitesize in store.
You will be accountable for building senior category partnerships with our leading retailers, deploying the Mars Snacking Category Vision to help grow our customers’ ice-cream categories, using Trü Frü as a lever for category growth. You’ll be responsible for developing category growth insights-based solutions and creating and executing the Trü Frü vision for success.
Proven experience within Category Management.
Strong track record of developing and executing strategies with the ability to influence and inspire others to deliver business results.
A strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex situations and challenge the status quo with a can-do attitude.
Self-reliant, decisive and resilient and able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment.
Proven ability to leverage strategic agility and perspective to develop trend-based strategies which translate into business results.
Strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to develop long term, effective business relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.

To deliver the shift required to realize the next phase of Trü Frü growth aspirations across the EMEA region, responsibilities include:
Lead the Snacking category growth vision for Trü Frü and inspire internal and external customers to make the change through Perfect Store across the EMEA region.
Create short- and long-term category strategies for customer, aligned to the customer prioritisation model and category vision, ensuring a strong understanding of the category growth drivers
Partnership with EMEA Market Directors and team to develop compelling and disruptive insight-led category solutions which influence shopper behaviour and convert more shoppers and transactions at the point of sale, for the mutual benefit of Trü Frü is and our customers.
Category Growth – Provide insights through to action to maintain/improve/drive the customer’s outperformance in healthy snacks vs. competitive set.
Build strong and influential relationships with external and internal stakeholders, focused on delivering shopper, channel and category centric solutions so that Trü Frü is viewed as “THE” trusted category expert.
Have a broad category skillset to deliver against assigned projects – these include: customer range reviews, customer trials, category vision big bets or specific activations (NPD or activity sell ins, customer sell in days, category vision sell ins, etc), internal strategy projects, etc
Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.
