Job Description

- Price and contract negotiations with suppliers and licensors in the area of ​​software and data for the Mobility Solutions division

- Definition of the cross-domain purchasing strategy and integration into the iBP strategy roadmap, including definition of the supplier base, market analysis, etc.

- Close cooperation with the respective development or contact persons in the project and the central departments of Bosch

- Coordination or collaboration on processes and projects

- Collaboration in interdisciplinary and cross-border teams in which intercultural competence is required in addition to technical, legal and business knowledge

Qualifications

- Master or Bachelor's degree of finance, engineering, IT, law, or similar

- Experience in purchasing or project purchasing preferred

- Experience in negotiating complex contract content desirable

- Good understanding of technology and economic contexts

- Knowledge in the area of ​​software and data licensing and/or IP law desirable

- Team spirit, high level of motivation/initiative and willingness to work independently, coupled with a confident demeanor and strong negotiating and communication skills

- Fluent English and Chinese mandarin skills, as well as intercultural experience

- Completed degree in business informatics, economics, business law, or comparable
