As part of our international growth strategy, we are now establishing our presence in France and are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and drive our French operation
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Managing Director France to lead CATARI's market development and operational setup in France. In that role you will be responsible for establishing the local organization, building a high-performing team, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving profitable growth. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who combines strong business development capabilities with operational execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead CATARI's operations in France.
- Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy.
- Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and key market stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial, infrastructure, energy, and other sectors.
- Recruit, develop, and lead the local team.
- Take full ownership of the French P&L and business performance.
- Set up the local organizational structure, processes, and operational framework.
- Ensure alignment with CATARI's global standards, values, and strategic objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and business updates to headquarters.

- Proven success as a General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director, or comparable leadership position (Experience with full P&L responsibility and business management)
- Strong experience within the industrial services, scaffolding, or access solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of building and growing a business operation.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Ability to operate independently and build an organization from the ground up.
- Well-established network among EPC contractors and industrial customers in France.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
