Job Summary: We’re on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Catalog Associate to enhance our team. Your role will be pivotal in capturing striking product photographs for the E-tag experience and online catalog, ensuring precise data entry using Ginza, and collaborating with authentication teams to streamline product processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography and Editing:

    • Capture and refine high-quality images of incoming products for the E-tag experience and online catalog.

    • Perform meticulous photo editing, including crafting the “Hero shot” for each product.

  • Data Entry:

    • Ensure accurate entry of photograph data into our system, maintaining precise product cataloging.

    • Update SKU details and keep comprehensive records within the catalog system.

  • Product Management:

    • Serve as the go-to contact for retrieving products needing catalog data entry.

    • Coordinate with authentication stations to collect products for cataloging.

    • Guarantee timely return of cataloged products to authentication teams for further processing.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate closely with authentication teams to manage product flow and resolve SKU-related issues.

    • Work with global teams using the catalog sheet to prioritize products for cataloging.

    • Enter requested products into the catalog system ahead of peak operational periods.

Qualifications:

  • Photography Expertise: Background in photography, photo editing, or visual content creation.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Communication Skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product Photography Experience: Familiarity with product photography and digital asset management.

  • SKU Management: Experience with SKU management systems and inventory tracking tools.

  • E-commerce Background: Experience in e-commerce, catalog management, or authentication environments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility: Ability to navigate the facility for product retrieval and management.

  • Handling Skills: Comfortable photographing various product types, including footwear.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$30,800 - $52,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
