Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for an Waiting staff to join us on a casual basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide guests with an excellent customer experience serving a variety of food and drinks in our in-house concessions outlets.
Hours of work:
This role is offered on a Casual Worker basis with no guarantee of work.
Shift assignments are fully flexible and may include early starts, late finishes and weekend working
Rates of pay for this role start from £12.21p/h inclusive of holiday pay per hour which rises to £13.68 per hour.
Job Description
- Providing all customers at the CBS Arena with excellent customer service
- Serving a range of food and drinks to all guests of the CBS Arena
- Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service for our guests
- Maintaining the areas of work to a high standard of cleanliness
- Taking orders from clients and customers
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables and buffet stations
- Cash handling/using tills.
- Preparing rooms and surrounding areas for service
- To adhere to the policies and standards of the CBS Arena including; Cash Handling, Stock Management, Health & Safety and Food Safety.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Hard working, punctual and reliable
- You will be well-presented, articulate and organised and have friendly personality.
- Good communicator
- Confident talking to new people
- Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant environment
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
