As a Casual Sales Assistant at USC, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining store presentation and working as part of a dynamic team.
Job Description- Welcoming customers and providing assistance with product selection.
- Offering expert advice on the latest trends and promotions.
- Processing transactions at the till quickly and accurately.
- Ensuring the shop floor is well-presented, with stock replenished and displays up to standard.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends.
- Supporting the store team with day-to-day operations.
- Assisting during in-store events, promotions, and seasonal sales.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
