Job Description
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance throughout their shopping experience
- Assist with product selection, styling advice, and up-selling
- Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and organized at all times
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately
- Stay up to date with the latest product trends and promotions
- Help with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and targets
Qualifications
- A passion for the Jack Wills brand and fashion
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
