Mission Statement:

• Our mission is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our casting plant by meticulously managing materials, personnel, and equipment.

• We are committed to maintaining precise SCADA data logs for each casting process, analyzing data to keep each cycle within defined limits, and rigorously examining the chemical reactions of resin and hardener to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.

• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain data records for incoming resin and hardener materials.

• Analyze and improve the rejection rate of each cycle.

• Train new joiners to enhance their skills.

• Benchmark cycle time according to global guidelines.

• Manage inventory of resin and hardener based on the production plan.

• Test resin and hardener as per global standards.

• Possess knowledge of TG testing.

• Maintain critical spares inventory and history cards for the casting plant.

• Ensure timely preventive maintenance to achieve machine availability above 95%.

Your Background:

• Degree in engineering / Diploma / B.E  / B.tech in Electrical / Mechanical engineering

• Relevant experience of 6-8 years in casting process OR equivalent process with overall experience not exceeding 10 years.

• Experience in Epoxy casting Industry will be added an advantage.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
