What you will do:
As a Casting Manager, you will be responsible for researching and selecting models and creative talents to bring ARKET’s vision to life across all content platforms. In close collaboration with key stakeholders - including the Head of Fashion, Art Director, and Brand Director - you will develop casting directions for each season and concept, ensuring they align with our brand’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Your role will involve:
- Defining and executing a distinct and cohesive casting strategy that supports ARKET’s vision of diversity and inclusion.
- Managing castings for both ARKET’s Photo Studio (e-commerce) and high profile campaigns.
- Planning inhouse e-commerce productions in collaboration with the Studio Manager and Art Buyer.
- On occasions supporting our inhouse Art Buyer in sourcing photographers, stylists, and other creative talents.
- Handling negotiations, contracts, logistics (hotel and travel bookings), and administrative tasks.
- Overseeing casting budgets, tracking costs, and managing invoices.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in casting for designer brands, editorial projects, and/or runway shows.
- Specific experience in casting for women’s fashion.
- Deep knowledge and passion for contemporary fashion, photography, and art.
- A well-established network of agents and creatives within the fashion industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contracts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

This is a full-time permanent contract based at our Head Office at Södermalm in Stockholm

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
