The Cast Coordinator provides support and team leadership to the cast during all show and daily operations. Support and uphold the vision and direction of the team as set forth by the Supervisor, leading both people and processes with care and excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cast Supervisor with planning, training, scheduling, communication and other administrative duties as directed. Lead the Cast Department in the absence of the Supervisor or otherwise as appropriate.
- Ensure that cast are learning and executing their tracks with safety and consistency, partnering with the Director/Assistant Director throughout the rehearsal process and show run as needed.
- Actively promote and exemplify an environment that upholds our Core Values & Culture.
- Work to build trust and teamwork throughout your entire department and all other Show Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Show Operations Leadership to help maintain the technical and artistic vision of the show and a consistent, professional and safe working environment.
- Connect regularly with your team in order to provide support, positive influence and accountability. Attend any required leadership meetings as directed by your supervisor.
- Cover show run tracks as needed (cast and/or technical).

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly, using stairs regularly, and consistently navigating the backstage environment. This position is expected to lift/exert up to 25 lbs of force occasionally, seldom up to 50 lbs. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
