The Role 

With the exciting launch of our newest sports betting brand, Virgin Bet South Africa, we’re looking for a Casino Operations Executive to join the team and be part of this next chapter. 

The Casino Operations Executive supports the wider casino and business teams in maximizing revenue across the LiveScore Group's Gaming product portfolio. Operating within a growing team, the role is instrumental in managing third-party game suppliers, overseeing seamless content integration, and ensuring the efficient launch and optimisation of new content offerings across various markets and platforms. This individual will possess a strong knowledge of the casino and gaming landscape, and contribute valuable insights into product performance, customer behaviour, and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party game suppliers to secure tailored game content and marketing support.
  • Coordinate and communicate the roadmap for new game releases and supplier integrations.
  • Analyse game portfolio performance by market and customer segment to identify popular content and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to deliver casino-related projects, providing insights to guide development priorities.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for new game supplier releases to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assist CRM, Marketing, and Promotions teams by articulating the value of casino content and supplying key product information.
  • Translate complex casino features into clear, customer-service-ready language and act as a point of escalation for player support issues.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor regulatory changes to make strategic recommendations to the business.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Social Responsibility teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

  • Familiarity with casino platforms and game content integration processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret game performance data and market trends.
  • Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Understanding of regulatory environments related to online casino operations.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and road mapping tools.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for the online casino industry and a willingness to stay ahead of market trends.
