The Casino Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing Legacy Rewards Club/guest services strategies including guest development, Legacy Rewards Club promotions, and overall management of Legacy Rewards Club operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and direct Legacy Rewards Club operations in accordance with established company policies, budgets, procedures, and specifications.
  2. Ensures the highest possible standards of guest service are provided and addresses all guest and Team Member issues in a timely manner.
  3. Responsible for the successful overall direction and management of all activities related to guest development, casino services, promotions, and the maintenance of the casino guest base.
  4. Maintain appropriate Team Member levels by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating Team Members, as needed.
  5. Manages Legacy Rewards and Casino Host Team Members to develop communication, and relationship building efforts to guest and floor Team Members.
  6. Develops, implements, and executes promotions, to include maintaining budgets, staffing, orders, Gaming Commission approvals, timely payments, pro and post forma, and training.
  7. Works with Director of Marketing to recommend promotions based on results and guest data trends to ensure promotions are delivering budgeted goals.
  8. Communicates promotions in a timely fashion, ensuring production deadlines are met to ensure timely promotional/advertising support.
  9. Assist with proofing of all advertising materials related to promotions, special events, and the Legacy Rewards Club.
  10. Process and ensure the execution of agreed-upon contracts with all outside vendors.
  11. Facilitate the flow of information by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all Legacy Rewards Club Team Members.
  12. Analyzes performance of all programs and operations to ensure goals are met.
  13. Ensures all Legacy Rewards Club needs are met including ordering, delivery tracking, inventory tracking, payments, and communication.
  14. Responsible for maintaining effective use of resources, scheduling, staff levels, attendance tracking, expense tracking, payments, and report analysis.
  15. Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
  16. Indirectly supervise the activities of Legacy Rewards Club Team Members
  17. Must attend and be certified in all applicable trainings.
  18. All other departmental duties as assigned.

 


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum age requirement is 21.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a four-year college, or four (4) years’ related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Four (4) years casino marketing, casino players club and guest-service experience required, with two (2) years progressive supervisor/managerial experience.
  5. Must be computer literate including fluent experience in Microsoft Office and Casino Management System, Synkros experience preferred.
  6. Able to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  7. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the company.
  8. Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  9. Must have a valid driver’s license, and be insurable through the casino insurance carrier.
  10. Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:

  1. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit.
  2. Repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  3. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  4. Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
  5. Ability to move easily and quickly through the slot and table games areas.
  6. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Noise level is moderate to high when on casino floor.
  9. Exposure to cigarette smoke, ringing bells, and flashing lights when on the casino floor.
  10. Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Skills Required

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
