Description 

 

The Casino Games & Promotions Communication Specialist is responsible for coordinating the activation of providers' games and provider-organized tournaments across partner websites. In case of game issues, the specialist communicates directly with providers to clarify and resolve them in a timely manner. The role also involves maintaining continuous communication with partner representatives to ensure smooth operations and obtain additional details when needed. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Ensure the successful launch and integration of new games on the platform in coordination with providers and internal operational teams.
  • Monitor game performance and functionality, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues together with providers.
  • Take full ownership of game-related bugs, malfunctions, or release problems, ensuring quick diagnosis and resolution.
  • Review provider updates and offers related to new game releases, fixes, or improvements, and communicate relevant information to internal teams.
  • Support the technical setup and smooth operation of tournaments, ensuring that all games involved function correctly.
  • Maintain communication with providers to address ongoing game issues, release processes, and operational improvements.
  • Track and report game release statuses, technical issues, and resolutions in weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Ensure all tasks related to game launches, updates, and troubleshooting are completed within defined timelines and requirements

 

Skills 

  • Strong constructive communication skills. 
  • Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken)
  • Conflict resolution abilities. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-up. 
  • Experience working with ticket/request management systems. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership. 
  • Attention to details. 
  • Flexibility and stress resilience in a fast-changing environment. 

Working hours: 09:00-18:00 

Skills Required
