- Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Conduct functional, usability, and regression testing for new game launches and platform updates.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure swift resolution of defects.
- Maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation.
- Operational Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact between QA, Development, and Operations teams.
- Oversee the deployment schedule and ensure smooth rollouts of new features and games.
- Monitor live operations to ensure a bug-free player experience.
- Analyze game performance, player engagement trends, and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Support the Casino Executive team in operational planning and reporting.
- Coordinate communication and updates for internal stakeholders regarding product releases and operational issues.
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement in both QA and operational workflows.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Casino QA, Operations, or similar roles within iGaming.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
