As our Casino Ambassador, you'll be the friendly face that keeps the excitement rolling through direct contact, engaging communications, and VIP-style guest attention. - Be our casino floor superstar, bringing energy and enthusiasm while helping guests with their gaming adventures!
- Rock the role of customer service champion while showcasing the awesome perks and exciting events of our Players' Club!
- Spread the casino magic by connecting with new players and building fantastic relationships through creative outreach - from personal conversations to engaging correspondence!
- Be the guru of gaming rewards by showing players how to maximize their Players' Club experience and unlock amazing prizes!
- Team up with our Casino and Slot Hosts to create unforgettable moments and spectacular events for our valued players!
Qualifications
Ready to join our winning team? Here's what you'll need to bring to the table:
- You've celebrated at least 21 trips around the sun (it's the law!)
- You've got your high school diploma or GED in your back pocket
- You're a customer service superstar with 1-2 years of making people smile
- Your communication skills are so sharp, you could deal cards with your words alone
- You're a schedule superhero, ready to roll with any shift
- You're tech-savvy and can navigate computers like a pro player - from emails to spreadsheets to our player tracking systems
- You're ready to level up with any necessary certifications or licenses we throw your way
Bonus points if you already know your way around a casino, but we'll teach you all the tricks of the trade!
