We’re seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance department. As part of the Treasury team, you will help with cash management and balance sheet optimization. This position will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams across the organization, and will play a key part in managing CoinFlip’s liquidity and funding needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Track and reconcile customer fund flows in and out of our fiat and crypto platforms 

• Forecast and report on key balance sheet metrics including fiat and crypto liquidity, asset utilization, funding rates, and overall asset exposure 

• Analyze and resolve complex problems on short notice while managing competing priorities 

• Ensure accurate and timely custodial reporting across a large array of venues and coins 

• Assist the Treasury Director with the management of existing accounts and new account creation for crypto and fiat platforms 

• Role requires collaboration with both our Retail and Institutional workstreams 

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Accounting/Finance/Treasury experience 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Highly proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and capability to seamlessly work with large data sets 

• Experience with Data Analytics Tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL is a bonus 

• Basic knowledge of Cryptocurrency and blockchains 

• General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto 

• High level of inquisitiveness, initiative, and critical thinking
