Are you a people person with a passion for business growth and a desire to make real impact in the emerging market? Step into a high-impact Relationship Manager role where entrepreneurship meets banking. You’ll join a fast-paced, strategic team focused on acquiring new SME clients, growing our deposit base, and building long-term business relationships across borders.
This role gives you the platform, tools, and exposure to engage with both local entrepreneurs and foreign investors from Singapore, Indonesia, China, and Hong Kong. You’ll also manage both onshore and offshore banking solutions — including Labuan-based corporate accounts — and have access to the full suite of cash management and digital banking solutions.
What You’ll Do
Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
Grow the Business: Boost deposit balances and fee income while contributing to team revenue goals.
Cross-Border Focus: Tap into regional markets and facilitate account openings for foreign investors and entities (including Labuan & offshore setups).
Be a Market Expert: Stay on top of trends in the SME space and provide insights that shape our evolving business strategy.
Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with product specialists, compliance, and support teams to deliver seamless banking experiences.
Collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilisation of banking facilities such as trade and forex facilities, as well as cross selling other banking products such as cash management and insurance
