As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing - Analyst within our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to process Cash Operations payment business and work on various initiatives. This role provides a platform to enhance your skills and grow your career, while contributing to our team's success.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform TWD/Check/Cross border transactions/FX settlement and complete as per the agreed timetable
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including dealer, Client service, sales to execute the transaction
  • Perform daily reconciliation to ensure completeness of processing and investigation on breaks, if any
  • Prepare local regulatory reporting for regulation requirements
  • Escalate unusual issues to managers and help to resolve issue in a timely manner
  • Handle inquiry related to the transaction
  • Update standard of procedure regularly
  • Work on the tasks assigned by Manager


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • University graduated with relevant degree
  • Banking related working experience
  • Hold the Initial Foreign Exchange Personnel License
  • Strong command in English & Mandarin (written, oral and presentation)
  • Strong knowledge of IA tools, Altryx/UIpath
  • Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, influencing skills, excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
